Job Description:
Stratum Health System, the holding company for Tidewell Hospice and affiliated healthcare companies in sunny Southwest Florida, is seeking an Executive Assistant to complete general administrative duties and support for the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Innovation and Business Development Officer.

The Executive Assistant will act as a project manager for special projects, which may include planning and coordinating meetings, preparing presentations, disseminating information and organizing companywide events. The Executive Assistant also coordinates and maintains calendars and contacts for the executives, including organizing travel plans and itineraries, attendance at community events and company events.

The ideal candidate has a working knowledge of basic principles and office practices, methods of techniques of report generation and narrative writing. The Executive Assistant also must possess excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively and confidently.

Applicants must have an associate degree from a college or technical school in business or related health and/or service field. A bachelor’s degree is preferred. Four years’ experience in an administrative support and office management capacity to a senior executive is required.
